Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract this location data from images.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Course-related data (enrollment, progress, certificates) is handled internally via LearnPress and may be visible to site administrators.
Emails are handled through Zoho Mail and WP Mail SMTP to ensure reliable delivery.
We may use analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Jetpack) to understand website usage patterns — which may collect anonymized data.
How long we retain your data
Comments and metadata: Retained indefinitely.
User profiles: Stored as long as the account is active.
Course records and certificates: Stored until you request deletion or deactivate your account.
Users can view, edit, or delete their profile data at any time (except username). Site administrators can also access and manage that information.

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
